    The predominantly open flat arable country consists of brown and red clay scrub soils and is lightly timbered with narrow leaf Ironbark and patches of Softwood Scrub. The undulating hills and steep ridge line boundaries are timbered with Bottle Tree, emergent Wilga, Currant Bush and Ironbark Forests.

    The property is fenced into 6 paddocks with grasses including Indian Couch, Urochloa, Black Spear Grass, and many natural species.
