EKKA time where our country friends put forward their best produce to be judged by officials and an opportunity for us city folk to enjoy the country spoils – There is no better time to launch our Norman’s Best Breed competition.

Our breeds this year are Brahman, Charbray, Droughtmaster & Santa Gertrudis from JBS Mungindi. Our skilled Grill Team will grill a 100gram portion of each breed to perfection and serve with our traditional Norman sides.

It is then over to you to judge on flavour, tenderness and overall like. As a judge, you have the chance to win an Akorn Junior Kamado Charcoal BBQ Smoker and the winning breed society will take home the coveted Norman’s Best Breed trophy, haloed as our Beef of the Month for September and not to mention bag bragging rights for the year
