Charbray Success at the Baralaba Show 2018

Cordelia Kingswood showed his style by winning first of all his class, 18 to under 21 months, then the Junior Champion Bull followed by the Supreme Champion Bull with bulls from all breeds competing in the 2018 Baralaba Show. Chas and Judy Nobbs were very excited with the win with this being the first time competing in the show ring. They would like to thank Terry and Sue Connor for preparing and showing the bull.

"Cordelia Brahman and Charbray Stud"

The "Cordelia Brahman and Charbray Stud" is owned and managed by Chas and Judy. It is a family run business with support from Phillip and Stephanie Nobbs and Allen and Jessica Egerton. We acknowledge the support given in the past from daughters Leonie Wardle and Melissa Nobbs.

The Brahman stud was established in the 1980's and then the family branched into Charbrays as well, over 20 years ago. We have been a registered Charbray stud the last 13 years with registered females and bulls used in the breeding programme. A small selection of bulls are usually sold at the Moura Bull Sale with the remainder of bulls being offered in the paddock. We are focused on breeding bulls for the stud and commercial cattleman with emphasis on conformation, fertility, temperament and good carcase traits.

"Ayr "Charolais bulls and" Ascot" Charolais bulls have been used extensively in conjunction with our own Charbray bulls. We also source sires from leading Charbray and Brahman studs.

We support the Biloela Show and Callide Dawson Carcase Competition with grassfed steers and heifers with the following results achieved over the last couple of years
