The top price of $54,000 at the Droughtmaster National sale went to first time vendor but not new to the selling ring, Anna Hicks, Calaanah Droughtmasters, Moura, the bull was knock down to Skye Droughtmasters Libby Ingram.
A $38,000, bull from the Lloyd family, Delungra, NSW sold to buyers Mac and Gayle Shann, Lamont Stud, Cantaur Park, Clermont.
Minlacowie Wingfield Droughtmasters had a great sale with repeat buyers coming back in support of quality, one buyer John Robbins (Clarke and Tait) saying that they keep coming back for the leg and length in the cattle, in the run of bulls the bids keep coming.
Andrew and Sonya Harvey purchased the top priced bull of the draft, Minlacowie Sampson 7946 for $13,000.
Brad and Kerryn Piggott Christmas Creek Droughtmasters purchase of Minlacowie Sergeant Diablo Lot 302 for $10,000.
Clyde Hoffman (Bullock Producer) took home Minlacowie Strait Arrow 8135 Lot 299 for $9,500. Kev and Betty Hinchliffe Rockdale Droughtmasters for the Purchase of Minlacowie Sir Reginald 7940 Lot 292 for $11,000.
Inneskillen pastoral Company John Robins and Jan Clark brought Minlacowie Sir Lancelot 8025 lot 298 for $10,000. In total they bought Four Bulls to average of $7500.
