In 1993, Karmoo Pastoral branched out, purchasing Marmordale, 12 klms from Clermont, where the company’s purebred steers and bulls are being grown out.
Current Principals Lance, wife Sonia, and daughter Kirstin, have been breeding purebred Brahmans for forty years.
In 1979, 120 purebred grey females were purchased from the late Birt Tweedy of ‘’Annmore”, whose herd was established in 1963 when 8 full-blood stud females from the Lyndale and Waverley studs were brought. Only Cherokee, Allawah, and Avondale Sires were used in this herd.
We've included a new addition of 50 ready to join, pure brahman commercial heifers to this years catalogue so I thought I'd grab a quick video as they strolled by yesterday.
