Greg Roberts

Former NAB Regional Agribusiness Manager for Central Queensland, was comfortably retired when he was approached to join the Queensland team.
Born into a Rural family in south west Queensland gave Greg a very good grounding as to the vagaries of Rural businesses.
This was honed particularly in the last 20 years of his career where he was specifically involved in financing a wide variety of these businesses.
Realising that with so much taken from rural Australia it would be good to give something back, it’s a space he’s comfortable in and now Greg brings real world experience to the team as the first point of contact for financial institutions, corporations and institutional buyers.
He says it fits his mould so the golf course may have to wait.

Son of cattle baron, Graeme Acton, Tom has spent his life in the grazing industry. Down to earth, and a typical Queensland larrikin, he grew up in Central Queensland working several of the family properties until eventually returning to the family home at Paradise Lagoons near Rockhampton in 2014.
Tom attended secondary school in Rockhampton and following his years there, went on to complete a Certificate 111 in Agriculture at Emerald Ag College. It was however, back on the family property where the blood that ran through his veins turned into the sweat and tears of a true cattleman.
After a “few deals” with property and cattle in the gulf country, Tom’s interest in real estate and property grew and a timely conversation at the Rockhampton races with Pat O’Driscoll ultimately changed his direction.
Acton’s business mind kicked into gear and the decision was made to join the Knight Frank Agribusiness Queensland team.
His role is in listing and property inspections and with barely a square inch of central and north Queensland he hasn’t covered and an extensive network of contacts built over a lifetime, he is a major asset to the team.
