Droughtmaster stud heifers catalogued by Parawanga stud, aged 15 months at sale.
The only 3 registered heifers at auction in CQ this year, they are only being offered as a promotion of our best genetics, and will be sorely missed as we attempt to slowly rebuild numbers.
Led by the stunning Parawanga Eimeo 4, followed into the ring by the very sweet and functional Parawanga Avoca 4 and the leggy Parawanga Aramara, they are all generational bred from our best over the past 35 years, and will be an asset to any stud.
DNA results from NEOGEN today now show that the sire of lots 562 and 563 are now confirmed to be by Calaanah Eggnog, a son of Billabong Winchester x Billabong Samara.
Lot 563 is by Minlacowie Zanzibar.
Also selling six Registered Droughtmasters Bulls.
One used Brahman used sire, aged 4, in Palmvale Quincey.

LOT 562 Parawanga Eimeo 4 stunning heifer sure to lift any stud to new heights.
LOT 35 Red brahman used sire coming up for sale at FAB. Palmvale Quincey (PS) will be just turning 4 years. He was used over our droughtie females for 2 years since purchased at Rocky Brahman Week Bull sale 2022, but has run out of females because we had to reduce our numbers after the fire. He has everything you could ever want in scale, strong head, hooded eye, great bone and smooth muscling, perfect legs and feet, tidy sheath and the very best temperament you could get. Thanks Beth Streeter for allowing us the chance to own such a fabulous bull, and now it is the turn of somebody else.
LOT 604 Parawanga Woodgate(PP) will be just 24 months at sale next month. He is a very long, deep, smooth bodied son of Calaanah Eggnog over a daughter of Billabong Vaughn. The 8 year old dam, Parawanga 808, has had 5 calves and is in calf again. This bull is a very stylish and classy young polled sire.
LOT 605 Parawanga 1353 (HP) another polled Calaanah Eggnog son that was very popular at our open day due to his rich red clean coat and smooth, correct conformation. The 6 year old dam, Parawanga 990, goes back to Strathfield Telesto, has had 3 calves and is in calf.
LOT 606 Parawanga 1317 (PP) is the third into the ring for us at FAB, and another son of Calaanah Eggnog over Parawanga 1068. He has a strong head and thick body full of muscle.
LOT 607 Parawanga Yednia (HP) is a polled son of Parawanga Kolonga (Billabong Alexander) who stands on great bone.
LOT 608 Parawanga Manumbar (HP) and lot 609 Parawanga 1361 (H) are the last two bulls at FAB for us. They are both by the thumping heavyweight Parawanga Waverley. Maumbar is an extremely long, smooth powerhouse at 28 months. He is a very quiet, happy bull with a lot of style that could improve any herd. 1361 is very similar, carrying a lot of muscle, and his 7 year old mother had 5 calves when sold.
