Seloh Nolem sells for 10.25 million at auction

Property sells for 10.25 million at auction at the Rockhampton leagues club yesterday agents CBRE Geoff Warriner, Chris Holgar Danny Thomas were pleased with the result which breaks down to $482 per acre and approx. $3,660 a beast area.
