Prawns are typically the seafood of choice, with over 200 tonnes expected to be sold over the 36-hour period, followed closely by oysters, crabs and salmon.
Well spare a thought for our southern counterparts had a mate ring today and said he just brought his Xmas prawns in Sydney when he told me I had palpations on the price $59.99 kg king prawns and wait for it $44.99 tiger prawns all I could say was grab a photo because I was heading out to the fresh food people in Townsville to get prawns for to- nights feast.
