    Bauhinia Vale, Wandoan sold today for the excellent price of $4.4 Million for the 1,504 Acre property which equates to $2,925 per acre.

    7 registered Online bidders, 2 Telephone Bidders and 1 registered bidder in the auction room resulting in 6 actual active bidders.

    A diverse mixture of soil types from brigalow, belah, bauhinia, whitewood, wilga, scattered bottletree, false sandlewood, box and ironbark.

    The Irrigation covers an area of 36 hectares or 89 acres watered by a Reinke Centre Pivot Irrigator, 240 megaliter capacity of water is drawn from dams.
