    The jewel of the northern Cape York district, Bramwell Station is a vibrant central hub of economic activity, the last stop before the tip of Cape York, the start of the famous OTL four-wheel-drive track, and as well, has carefully managed pristine areas of high conservation value including large tracts of permanent springs and the eastern flowing Olive River, that are kept untouched by development.

    The offering includes multi income streams from the cattle station comprising 131,900 hectares, fully operational Tourist Park, Roadhouse and the right to Carbon Credits, as well a roadworks contract option.

    Bramwell is Australia’s most northern cattle station, and is 200 km south of the tip of Cape York, and is made up of two secure long-term rolling pastoral leases with tourism diversification. Bramwell’s district comprises neighbouring National Parks, Traditional Owner country, Bertiehaugh, now the Steve Irwin Conservation Reserve.

    Bramwell Station has approx. 55,000 hectares of land fenced for grazing purposes which is fenced into 11 paddocks and with increased fencing is estimated to carry up to 7,500 AE. Water throughout the grazing country is provided by dams, natural watercourses and lagoons.

    The Roadhouse is located approx. 12 kilometres north of the Bramwell Homestead and provides amenities and the last fuel stop before the Jardine River Crossing. It is the flagship meeting point for the start of the nationally-famous and challenging four-wheel drivers Old Telegraph Track route.

    At the Bramwell Tourist Park there are 28 accommodation rooms, modern licenced camp kitchen style bar and restaurant, open camping and caravan park area with guest amenities and laundry facilities.

    The Carbon Credit scheme on the station can generate in excess of $150,000 per annum, whilst the road works contracting business generally turns over in excess of $3 million annually, and will be offered separately.

    Bramwell Station’s partnership owners, the third in the history of the property, Wendy Kozicka and Vince Bowyer said that after 20 years, they think the time is right to hand over the reins, and wish to offer Bramwell Station to the market by way of an online on August 11 th 2021.
