When asked about their reasons for selling the owners Annika and Ryan Anderson had this to say.

“We have been in the tourism industry since 1997, starting with a simple pioneer style family cabin to supplement income to the cattle business during an extended period of drought. Over the years we have continued to diversify and grow, adding accommodation and developing our facilities as demand increased. We are now a busy accommodation and function venue open all year round. Henderson Park Farm Retreat has always operated adjacent to our 4,500acre beef cattle enterprise and our off property Environmental Consulting business. We have a young family and are committed to a full life with our two little girls and expanding our cattle business and felt it was time. The retreat has developed in its own right and has been operated as a stand alone business and is now ready for the next passionate owner.”

This established business has been in the industry for over 20 years and will be sold as a going concern, with a busy 2021 and 2022 booking calendar already in place.

Hedlow Lodge offers 4 immaculate rooms each with ensuite bathroom. The two fully equipped kitchens are centrally located on the spacious deck. Outside are gas BBQ’s, bonfire and private jetty. The warmth of the timber interiors enhances the comfort of the Pioneer style cabins which sleep five in Cabin 1 and four in Cabin 2. The cabins feature their own wood fired and gas BBQ's, bonfire pit, and verandah overlooking peaceful Hedlow creek and share a laundry, large under cover and jetty as well as canoes. The sale includes a full inventory of equipment to service the business.
