    31 inquiries, 13 inspections, 8 registered bidders and 6 bidders at the auction drove the price for the quality holding to a new record resulting in the Bates Family, Bardlomey, Wallumbilla securing the property.

    The Iona sale follows on from a great start to 2020 for Elders Real Estate Agent Daven Vohland securing unconditional contracts on 4 rural properties since January to a value of $17.75 million.
