herbages. Lonesome Dove is basically Prickly Acacia free, and if any small seedlings are
found they are quickly poisoned.

up to 1000 bales per year of 3 x 4 round bale Rhodes grass hay. Other fodder crops are
periodically grown to fatten vendors own livestock.

litres per day (approx. 112,000 gallons per day) at 38.2 degrees with a PH of 8.
There is a 22 Megalitre nominal entitlement for the use of irrigation and stock water
attached to the water licence. Water for this bore is also used domestically at the

Water security is very good with the livestock water being poly piped to troughs at the end
of the lane and to each paddock, as well as to the cattle yards and water squares.

The fencing is best described as being in good to very good condition – mostly 3 and 4
barbs. Most of the fencing around the PTO was replaced in 2019. There are five main
livestock paddocks, several small farming paddocks and two laneways to the cattle yards
plus a couple of water squares.
