THE Springsure property Park View was auction on Thursday at the Mayfair Tavern Emerald.
Park View has been in the Kavanagh family for over 100 years the property sold to Mick and Karen Nobbs, Mount Vexation, Springsure for $4.5 million the losing bidder was James Speed of Goodliffe Station.
Agent Russell Lindley, Ray White Rural, Emerald, said four of the six parties that had registered were active at the auction.
