What a pleasure to join Executive Chef Frank with Tanya, Marketing Manager of the Norman Hotel for lunch to celebrate the win for Brahman meat in the Norman Hotels Best Breed victory.
The competition was held during the month of August with Brahman and 3 other tropical breeds being part of a taste testing at the Norman with Brahman winning and then being served for the month of September. This is the 2nd year the breed has won with a win in the year of concept in 2015.
Thank you to the Norman Hotel for the opportunity to show off this wonderful breed on the plate.
Our Steak for lunch was tender, moist and deliciously full of flavor.
Lovely also to meet with Denis, Ray and Renae from JBS who supply meat to the Norman.
