Weaners are all sired by Moongool Charolais & Moongool Charolais composite bulls. A top-quality breeding herd consisting of 80% charolais/charbray/droughtmaster/angus composite cows & 20% brahman/brahman x cows. Horn status 12 polled 23 horned.
Assessor comments Buyers, A very good quality, neat and tidy line of charolais/charbray/brahman x weaned male calves. Weaners present in strong store to forward store condition ranging in weight from 156kg-274kg to avg 216kg full weight. These male calves would normally be retained and grown out to heavy feeder or slaughter weights. With good bone & growth for age these weaners would ideally suit the backgrounder or restocker. These weaners are generally very good to handle in both the paddock & the yards. Due to only being weaned on saturday 27/2/21, there was a small % slightly stirry through the race & crush, I expect these weaners to settle down over the next few days of wean.
Assessor comments Buyers, a top-quality line of mixed sex brahman & brahman x weaners. Weaners present in strong store to forward store condition ranging in weight from 160-360kg to avg 258kg full weight. Consisting of 13 steers & 24 heifers, the heifer portion are normally retained as future breeders, the steer portion are normally retained & grown out to heavy feeder or slaughter weights. 6 weaners under 220kg & 4 heifer weaners over 320kg have been drafted back into the mob to make up a neat deck, no females have been retained this year.
